Submission Fees: All submission fees processed through Internet Angelz are final. We do not offer refunds once a literary work has been submitted. Fees are utilized to cover administrative costs. By completing your transaction, you acknowledge that you are paying for an editorial review and that this fee does not guarantee publication with Internet Angelz.
Refund Processing: In the rare event that a refund is deemed a necessity by Internet Angelz, we follow a hierarchy to ensure secure delivery. We will first attempt to issue the refund directly through the original transaction platform (e.g., Duosuma or Submittable). If not possible, we will then process the refund via PayPal. Once initiated, the timing of the funds' arrival is governed by the specific policies of the third-party processor and your financial institution.
